yep, made a power distribution block for 12 V supply and ground. from the distribution block a single wire goes to the battery negative (and cars' chassis, tried both, no difference).
Old one: E87 M47, new one: E88 N43 (and E84 N47)

Have you tried feeding the dsp direct via rca from your phone? While you're buying that adapter, get one going the other way and also test the output to earphones. See if the noise is there in either case. Do you know diymobile forum? Advanced board might be able to help

I've probably tried this in the past, but will do coming days. The temperature is going up to normal values, so I can do some stuff outside.
I have spent quite some time on several audio and car fora, but did find a similar case.
Old one: E87 M47, new one: E88 N43 (and E84 N47)

Was a bit reluctant to mention this; the alternator whine has gone! I thought I solved it in the past with several approaches but it did come back then. Made the short wire last friday, took the car out for a spin 8 times now, still no noise! I wasn’t expecting this trick to work, I measured the resistance once between the shields and chassis on radio and amp side and was both < 1 ohm resistance. So now I can finally enjoy the music and increase the gain for some more musical horsepower.
