Hi Mark quick question if you don't mind.
Do you need spacers on the front for the wheels to clear the brakes?

I'm having the same set up fitted Thursday if we're not on lockdown! Don't want the garage to ring me and say the wheels won't turn

Sorry for the late reply mate , I use a 10mm spacer but you can just use a slip on 3mm spacer , if your lucky they might just clear depends how thick the paint is.

Crikey didn't think it would be nip n tuck. Better ring the garage and ask them to spin a wheel first. Thanks for the info

Im sure mine was a little more than that but i do know its very close on 208m wheels but they dont catch, good idea to run a 2 or 3mm slip on spacer just to make plenty of room, i actually have 10mm hubcentric spacers at moment as i need them for my style 264 wheels to clear.

Now on my 3rd 130i, this time a nice E81 in Graphite, Previously 2 x 130i and 2 x 135i

Think I might have caused a bit of confusion here. Forgot you had your winter wheels on Mark. I was referring to the Ultraleggera you run in the nicer weather.
After a panicky night it seems my worries were misplaced. There's acres of room :D

Get a side on view of the car fella with the wheels and brakes pls.

Your M140i callipers look in better condition than mine (taking the wheels off and twatting them multiple times lol)

Hi Bud.
How well were you able to match the Blue paint for the callipers? Nothing I can find comes close.
Car looks good. Give us a shout next time you’re at brands any excuse to leave work early.

It looks good in my opinion. What brand of paint did you use? I am thinking of buying some 370mm F31 callipers for my 135i as a lockdown project and painting them sparkling graphite to match the rears. Did you use a lacquer? Have you got a link to the decals?
