Mineral Grey 140

Post by SimonB5 » Sat Apr 14, 2018 9:19 pm

So we got this end of December. Not done too much to it. Fitted winters to the 436M’s, so ordered new wheels a few weeks back now the weather has improved. TECspeed GT6 8x18 ET35 all round with stock MPSS. Wrapped the front fins and rear badge surround gloss black. Had some sill decals cut at work (perks of working at a Sign Company!) so fitted them today along with the BMW side blades. Also has the obligatory MPE, had a rattle once when it had 300 miles on it, local dealer didn’t even fuss and fitted the MPE..also picked up some carbon mirror caps.

Next plan is lowering and improve the handling a little I think..

H&R 25mm springs fitted today. Also covered the polished lip on the wheels to see if it looked any better. Still not sure on them, don’t know if its the style or the gloss black colour, wondering if a satin black finish maybe better?

Looks way better sitting lower , if it was mine I’d do the wheels ferric or orbit grey . I’m not keen on black wheels

Don’t mind black wheels, but don’t think the gloss black works. Think you might be right on Orbit Grey, did consider a satin / Matt grey. Had some satin grey Ispiri wheels on my Caddy, and they worked quite well.

Going to give it a few weeks and try get some photoshops done..
