Know this is a old thread, but what are people’s thoughts on this 135 1m replica. Was it well done? Noticed it’s for sale again and was thinking of going for it.

My concerns

Donor car unknown,

Seems to have changed hands a lot

Part availability in the future bmw said any (m) parts are protected and will need vin.

Costs a lot more than a good 135.

Photos on page 17, 23, 25, 27, 30, 31, 34, etc.

I believe it was built to a high standard, I'd still check the rear arches very carefully for rust though.
