I've received my KONI's too.

When I unboxed them they looked like this:

(do note, both came from different suppliers)

Do you guys received your shocks in the same manner, or where they packed differently? I'm not very happy with this way of packaging. Also, they refuse to sell me the shorter bumpstops..

Shoddy packing that! and no ive not had the same problem but packing is never great on them, i have had one with a spring platform slightly out of position but it easily taps back into place, not as bad as yours which looks like its come right off! but will go back on no problem.

You should get an adjuster with each front damper, but i know on one set ive had there was 1 missing.
Thanks. Phoned the garage and they told me they left them in the glovebox.

Found them and the instructions when I got home.

Wow, that doesn’t look good.

Only caught a glimpse of the state mine were in when they arrived at the garage, but dampers were in individual boxes that were unmarked in one larger box that seemed in good condition, I think.

I bought BMWP bump stops from Cotswold BMW with no issues.

I bought Koni SA from that place in Crossgates, Leeds, and they were in 4 boxes in one bigger box.
I got a few Koni stickers too.

PS, in case you do, never hold a shocker in its box vertically.
I had done Bilstein B4 for my old Z4, cheap box, damper slipped out and 25cm later hit my big toe! Ouch.
130i LE - exhaust flap mod - ssk & bmwp & M3 gbox mounts - bmwp handbrake - bmwp steering surround - camber pin mod - cdv delete - koni SA & bmwp front bump & koni rear bump
