Reduced width road legal plates, where?

Post by 5678 » Wed Nov 22, 2017 8:12 pm

I want a set of reduced width plates but for them to have the relevant bits to make them road legal.

Any suggestions on who to use?

You can't - there are specific requirements for them to meet the relevant BS
Even with a 5 digit on a bike they still can't have the BS number and details on there unless they are a minimum size.
I have 3 - all 5 digits. 2 on bikes and one car.
The car is a standard set - the bikes have to be "show plates" despite them meeting all the spacing/borders.

100% road legal with BS print. from DMB graphics, If standard number of digit plates you can still have the ends chopped and be legal..

Totally road legal as long as you have an 11mm gap around the edges between all letters and the edge of the plate. The letters need to be 79mm high, 50mm wide and the thickness of the font 14mm.
Sad that I know that all of by heart.........
