E82 Replacement Discs/Pads

Post by stupid3ish » Sun Mar 04, 2018 12:39 pm

Hi Guys,

118d "Exclusive Edtn" with a remap needing some new discs and pads all over. Need something with a bit more bite since the remap.
What's the general recommendation on here?

Was looking at EBC yellowstuff as a good balance for road use?

I've had mixed experience with ebc pads over the years but I have tried yellowstuff on my 1er and they're really good so far. I paired with Mtec slotted discs as well. Not managed to get them to fade yet but won't be track tested till summer. Dust wise they are about the same as oem pads.

I can definitely vouch for their good bite from cold despite being advertised as a fast road/track compound too which I didn't expect to be as good as it is to be honest.

Hope that helps, just my experience with them so far.
