No negatives. No issues.

Do you think masking taping it to your front bumper to save having other people hold it in place would work????

Yep.

As long as you are happy it's lined up before you drill in the first screw.

I picked up my kit on Saturday, going to fit today, what size self tappers did you use as the bolts and nuts supplied I don’t fancy using.

As in the picture with the scotch pads.

5x20mm -10 3/4.

I didn't use any of the nuts and bolts that were supplied either.

Good Luck!

Yes, apologies, didn’t see the label on the screws on the picture. Thanks for the quick reply regardless. 👍🏼

So today was the day I wish I had someone helping me to fit this bloody body kit.

Really happy with the skirts and rear fins, the splitter on the other hand, nightmare.

Skirts look good and fit well. As do the rear fins.

Come to the splitter and to get it to fit with no visible gaps from the front, it doesn’t sit flush with the arch as you can see from the picture below.

Side on - https://i.imgur.com/2OuhW0a.jpg

I had a fight with this for an hour trying to compromise the best fit. There’s no visible gaps from the front which I’m happy with, but the sides are too far forward for me. Really messing with my OCD.

To conclude, it will do for now, until it annoys me enough to take it off and re-do.

It is tough on your own.

My side skirts are a little further out and my splitter is a little further back.

Which one is right? Who knows, I think it is personal preference.

For the splitter mine sits about 1/2 an inch from the back of the front bumper. Yours looks to be about 1.5-2 inches.

Thinking about it now the way I would fit it on my own again would be to line up the splitter on the back of the front bumper first.

Fit the first screw and use that to pivot the splitter around and then screw in the other side.

Finally stick a load of screws along the front.

Hope this makes sense.

Yes, I messaged ksb for advice, and that’s how they recommend fitting, start flush with the arch on both sides. Then work your way around.
