Spoiler adhesive / bonding

Post by Davide82 » Fri Aug 24, 2018 6:10 pm

Hi All,

What’s everyone using to stick / bind spoilers down?

I have the performance spoiler to go on my coupe (slightly bigger than a lip spoiler)

I originally used the 3M red automotive double sided tape - lasted a year, corners started peeling up this summer (maybe due to the hot weather)

Recent Re-done with a mix of tape and sikaflex but it’s lifting already !?

Any help?

Something like gorilla glue? (This is a permanent spoiler, Im not bothered about removing at a later date)

Tiger Seal.

It will not go anywhere!

Thanks Bob, after looking at reviews my understanding was that tiger seal is very much like sikaflex though?

I’ll give it a go!
