I have managed to change, both rear, both side and passenger side indicator lights into silver ones. but after 4 hours of trying, i have given up!
The bl**dy drivers side came out with difficulty....and i changed the bulb and replaced....but dash says there is a problem with it and it doesnt work!
My large manly hands are finished, ripped to bits, covered in blood and red raw! Surely BMW could have come up with an easier option to change a bl**dy bulb!!!!!
and i still have no light!!! Anyone in south wales area feel sorry for me and want to come and try!?

Thanks
You may have a dodgy bulb. I found the passenger side more difficult then the drivers.

Once in position, make sure you push forward before twisting into place.

I would estimate the twist required to be between 30-35 degrees before the correct connection is made.

Just wanted to say thanks to Lee_2f2f for the 'How To' managed to get both bulbs changed in 15mins. Got sore knuckles but kept my skin lol! I found putting my fingers together and making the white plastic spin worked easier than twisting the plastic with my fingers once pushed into place.

Been lurking now for 2 months since getting my BMW, have done a few mods (aero spoiler, silver blubs and stubby aerial) thanks to this forum! hmm what next!

Did the passengers side yesterday, no worries. Drivers side is a different story...
Seems like I'm going to have to use a lot more force to unscrew it, but I'm worried that I won't be able to fit the new one afterwards.

I am really struggling with the passenger side, I've replaced the bulb but must have put it back in wrong as now the bulb holder is completely stuck and will only turn a tiny bit to the left and right! I've tried pushing it in and wiggling it, but it is not moving. Any ideas how I can get it out?
