Post by Taffieboy1 » Wed Jun 13, 2018 4:53 pm

So the oil leak I had was a perished gearbox oil cooler pipe, have to get from BM take a week to get as back order etc. So they come, and they have been modified ! So off come the old ones mechanic thinking easy peasy, yet one of the pipes that connects to Ali pipe to cooler unit is slightly big, so has v v little leak, calls BM, an they advise when changing these pipes also changing the cooler also to get a perfect fit, honestly BM !!! Just money money money!
Anyone had this at all ?

I change the ATF, sleeve and sump every 50k have 120k on the clock...if it’s the ZF 6HP19 also change mechatronic adapter seal, check this article out https://sayyarti.wordpress.com/2015/01 ... on-issues/ Touch wood the ZF 6HP19 has been good so far...
