Over a year after delivery and car spec is still not what I ordered

Excuse the title, I was unsure how to summarise.

So I ordered a 1 series build with additional specced alloys (amongst other things) on PCP. I arrived to collect and was told the alloys are a dealer fitted option and they are currently out of stock, they will contact me when they are back in stock to fit them.

I paid extra for the alloys and all this is shown on the finance documents.

That was over a year ago.

Since then, I’ve phoned, emailed and been in to the dealership several times to chase them up, every single time I am told the same thing - ‘someone will call me back’ no ever does and it just goes on and on.

I’m curious if you guys know what my options are from a legal stance.

You can always contact the finance company and inform them of this

I would be tempted to tell them you will be putting a stop on the payments and you have not received what you are paying for . They may be able to kick the suppliers back side into gear

Personally i would be telling them they have 48hrs to get the wheels in to stock and a slot to have them fitted or you'll be lodging a case at the small claims court, also advising the finance company is a good shout, between the 2 things that should get some movement
