You’re probably going to want a 35 profile on the nose, 225/35/19

For the rear you have the choice of either 245 or 255/30/19.

EDIT: For accuracy.

Thanks but problem is 225/30/19 is non existent here. Per online calculators the best case is a 235/35/19 and 255/30/19 combo with PS4S. But they are like 30% more than the F1SS.

Well noted the rears.

Looks like F245 R255 F1SS it is then.

Apologies, you're absolutely right, I shouldn't answer questions at 6:30 in the morning when I'm still asleep.

I've amended my previous reply, should be 35 front and 30 rear.

LOL You almost had me there, lucky am waiting for shop to reply on production dates.

So F245/35 & R255/35 is strongly advised against? Skinny F225/35 & R245/35 if I must cheap out?

Yeah, 245/35/19 are the least-worst tractor tyres.

255/30 would be a perfect diameter match for the 225/35/19 fronts.

36106881890 , so they should be correct. Are you getting above 20mph after resetting the TPMS system on the iDrive?

yep, i have reset it twice, and it has gone through the 0 to 100 percent and it says it has finished but there are no readings on the monitor. deffo been above 20 mph. the new wheels/tyres feel great and are a vast improvement over the old but no readings. could they have been fitted wrong? there were no instructions in the box.

about 10 miles out to the beach and it didn't detect them, when i told it to do it again the option was "greyed" out so i had to stop, get out of the car and lock it then unlock it and it would check again on the trip home. it went to 100% both times, all the tyres were in the green but no figures next to them so how did it know?
it's unlikely i bought 5 faulty ones so i was wondering what powered them and there wasn't a tab to be pulled out to connect the battery or what?
i didn't watch the wheels and tyres fitted myself i just dropped them off in the morning and picked them up in the afternoon. other than that my et40 superleggera 8 inch wheels and yokahamas feel great on the road and that is the maximum width you can use and have a spare that fits anywhere. there is a bit of space on the fronts but the backs are level with the wheel arches and i wouldn't risk another 5mm there. wouldn't like to fit 5 rugby players in it though as i'll bet there would be some rubbing noises over the bumps.

Weird. :? 4 greens means it's reading them, imo. No tabs to pull.

What did it used to say, pressures, or pressures and temperatures?

Are there 4, or 5 sensors in the car currently? Wondering if it's recording the wrong serial number?

4 on the car, the spare is in the garage not to interfere with this process as you recommended, incidentally 33psi seems about right on it thanks but it's biggest problem was a michelin on the back paired up to a cheap indonesian tyre to pass it's first mot made it very skittish, haven't been happy with it since i bought it but it feels 100 times better now.

pressures were all over the shop before as i had 2 slow punctures (different speeds of course!) on the front and i noticed the back tyres could go up 5 psi if you put your foot down so i am a 33 all round and filled with nitrogen for stability.

lo and behold, after 189 miles the tyre pressure monitors suddenly started working on their own. needless to say i had put the spare in the boot by this time so i dont know which 4 tyres it is actually monitoring. the readings are basically 36 and 32 on the front and 35 and 34 on the back (supposed to be 33 all round). i don't know who is more accurate, the ats nitrogen machine or my made in china bmw pressure valves. i have a middle of the range halfords digital tyre gauge and i will measure them all on that tomorrow so at least i can see how they compare to the other readings. not noticing how much they change the rears under acceleration due to endless traffic but nitrogen isn't supposed to vary much under heat.
