9.5" at ET35, with a 245mm tyre stretched on and some camber added via alignment eccentrics might sort of fit.

It's going to look very pokey and offer zero rim protection though.

Strongly recommend you try pan fried steak with basil pesto on ciabatta bread. Delicious.

Sorry, couldn't resist. You need to give us a clue as to what you are trying to achieve.

Do they come with ET50 rears instead? You could fit some decent width tyres then.

The wheels are rotiform RSE's I called the shop and they assured me that they would fit the only thing they were concerned about was brake clearence
which turned out to be OK. However on test fit today the inner rim on the front is only 1/2 inch away from the coil spring thats without a tyre fitted. They only come in ET35. The suspension is completely standard and its not the adaptive suspension either. If I could get the fronts to fit I guess 18x8.5 all around would be OK?

I'm actually new to modifying cars and where I am there is no one local that is willing to help so I am having to research everything on the internet which generally speaking I don't like doing as I usually get sarcastic comments like above or no reply but thanks anyway.

8.5 ET35 would still be as aggressive, but at least you'd have a little rim protection at the rear. :)

9.5 et35 is too aggressive for f2x cars in my opinion

If they are the wheels you really want you may get away with 8.5 et35 front and rear with oem tyres

I think someone on the forum has this wheel spec on a different design m3 cp replicas

When you say aggressive do you mean tyre stretch?

Can either of you recommend any particular brand which fits better? All the ones I can see are pretty cheap brands or very very expensive. I have spent £950.00 on this set which is the price i'd be happy to pay.

Thanks

For under a grand I think there is Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2.. There is a group buy going on on the forum if you do a search..
Another option maybe OZ Ultraleggera/Leggera/Formula or BBS CHR if you stretch your budget a little

No offence meant. And I did apologise for the mick taking in the next post. This is largely an intelligent and constructive forum, unlike most on tinterweb, so take the odd jibe on the chin and come back stronger.

But seriously, an indication of what you are trying to do would help with recommendations.
- Improve handling?
- Improve refinement?
- Different tyre choice?
- Track day tyres?
- Drifting?
- Aggressive looks?
- Posing?
- Fit winters?
- Replace damaged OEM?
- etc...

It is easy to give recommendations, but these are utterly pointless without knowing what the end result you are chasing is. So I stand by my culinary suggestion, unless you are a vegan, in which case it was also a pointless recommendation.

Have you seen these from our sponsor? Similar looking, better fit, better price. Will take the stock tyres nicely too.

It's fine just a bit frustrated with being sold a set of wheels and being assured that the only complication would possibly be brake clearance which I prepared my self for and now ending up having a £950 set of wheels for a coffee table.

I just dis-like the look of the OEM wheels thats all really.
