Adaptive Xenons not adapting!

Post by GeeDee » Tue Nov 27, 2018 2:56 pm

Hi

I noticed this morning my adaptive headlights were not turning. In fact my offside seemed to be pointing to the left a little.

I know they were working before the weekend so I wonder if there are any checks I can make to try to sort them out or kickstart them again.

Extract from BMWVIN:
5AC AUTOM. HIGH-BEAM HEADLIGHTS CONTROL

521 RAIN SENSOR

522 XENON LIGHT

524 ADAPTIVE HEADLIGHTS

534 AUTOMATIC AIR CONDITIONING

544 CRUISE CONTROL WITH BRAKING FUNCTION

563 LIGHTS PACKAGE

Thanks

Sorted!

I've been over to viewtopic.php?f=74&t=114378&p=1452723#p1452723 to explain

It's all down to the headlight switch which I switched to manual when conditions were borderline.
