What led bulbs are you using?
You may need to fit 'load resistors' or use 'CAN Bus LEDs'

Some cheap LED bulbs are polarity sensitive (they don't have the extra diodes in), that might explain why you are experiencing different results in some and not others. You could try taking the bulbs out and putting them in the other way around - if possible

I don't remember seeing any coding options in Bimmercode for the interior lights but I will look into that...

You can’t use LED’s in the map lights. I don’t know anyone who has got them to work.
All LED’s are polarity sensitive so if they were fitted wrongly they wouldn’t work at all.
All I ever used were the Philips or Osram variants and never had a problem with them.

For interior lighting ?
Are they monitored by the canbus system ?

No, not monitored, but because they are switched by transistors (mosfets probably) in the FEM (to dim them) you can experience peculiar behavior due to the low current draw of the LEDs compared with standard incandescent bulbs.

A known manufacturer and decent LED should sort the problem out then but as I said earlier, just leave the original W5W’s in the map lights.

Do you have a link to the listing for the ones you purchased ?
