New M5 CS has yellow DRLs too:

If you could actually get real selective yellow LEDs I'd be all over them like a rash for the fogs.

Selective yellow might be a bit too much for me Image.
I think I'm going to try some JDM MTEC Golden-yellow in the Fogs and Angels.
Cheap enough to try.

Will await your review

I did fit some proper yellow fogs chasing the 80s Citroen look, but removed them after they kept filling with water even after being coated in an inch of silicone.

My mind will never be changed on this ;)

Also, as above, my eyebrow LEDs are not yellow from the factory. The mismatch to the yellow angel eyes made my teeth itch.

The Maruta Golden Yellow H11 came out much more yellow than the H8 version.
Pretty close to the French Yellow actually.
But I think I have too many colours now. I was hoping for somthing that matched the Fogs to the Corona but they are quite different. I'll see if it grows on me but I might look at swapping them for LEDs that match the Zenon instead and keep the Yellow halogen coronas. Anyway I never turn my Fogs on so it can wait.

Oooo I like the fogs. Will be sticking with my nice 6000k LED coronas for now, I might pick some of the fogs up though.

Out of interest as I just noticed your sig, is it me or does your car have the xenons from a pre-2007 hatchback (H7 high beam in the inner lens) installed? Were they retrofitted? An E82 should have an inner dummy projector as shown below, plus the eyebrow if it's a 2011 LCI model:

The inner is a dummy, it doesn't have the turning beam projector option.

According to bimmerwork:
Production Date 2010-09-02 Germany
Light option was 522 Xenon Light

Does that look wrong?

Ahh fair enough, thought this was the tip of a H7 bulb - my mistake!

The E82 LCI was from the 2011 model year, no eyebrow on a pre-LCI 2010 (easy retrofit though).

Ah, so it's pre LCI! Sorry I'd got some duff info there.
I found a document on it. Looks like they basically changed the light clusters and the standard wheels.
I would like some black lines for it. Are they a straight swap?

Blacklines should be a straight swap for your car.

Cool.
The partnumber I've been looking at is 63212225282
But I've seen reference to them being for LCI. is there a partnumber for Blacklines that fit pre LCI cars?

The blacklines were introduced for the LCI cars. The fitment is the same for pre-LCI.

That is the correct part number for a pair 🙂
