lowfinger wrote:Very pleased with them. The ones in the 10 piece kit don't look like anything Osram sell seperately, not sure who make them for BMW, havent seen anything on the market quite the same, the dome ones have BMW moulded in the body and the footwell lights have no branding at all.
Thanks for the input. I think later down the line I may see how these compare or try and look at a car with them fitted.

I've tried a couple of other brands and designs now.

These are my favourite (sure I already posted this):

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300694337590? ... EBIDX%3AIT" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I also bought the festoon bulbs from them too and they work lovely.

I tried these as well:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/311218275326? ... EBIDX%3AIT" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

But they are VERY blue - although its actually not bad but they are not as bright as the ones above either.

Overall the fizzmoto ones match the handles and numberplate lights as good as can be without spending £85 on the BMW ones and are more than bight enough. For £15 or whatever it cost to get them fitted I am very happy.

I will try and get some photos!

How many bulbs are needed to replace all the interior ones, and are they all the same type or? Thanks

6 for overhead interior
Boot
2 for vanity mirror (if you have them)
2 footwell (as above)

* and they're all different types too.

Twenny wrote:I had an issue with the first set I bought (from LED styles in link OP's first post) that the interior/map lights would work on start up but then would cut out and wouldn't come back on so I bought another set and swapped out the 6 interior map and reading lights and they work fine and a little brighter. But I now have two sets of LEDs both incomplete as I've mixed and matched so the glove box and footwell lights second set should be fine.

Dom? Link to reg plate lights please? Ta

Says it's only listed for Coupe/Conv but I assume it'll fit the hatch too?

Map lights all work fine with no problems, correct?

If you have bought the map light set Sonic that I got, then I have the rest of the lights that will work - pm me your address and I'll fire them over - if they work we can talk about a small fee.

I've bought the ones in the link. I was asking about the vanity ones and footwell ones as I have some already that work in the footwells but I want the brightness to match. I'll get these fitted and see what the brightness is. I still need to buy the vanity, glovebox and boot festoons which I will do tonight.
