Went to the Coventry branch earlier this week,45 mins from going I to leaving for a litre of oil.
There was one lad serving with a queue of customers out the door,someone grumbled at him and he said he had asked 5 times for some help without response.
I asked to get the manager out and some moody woman eventually came out and begun to help,no apology or anything.
It's the same in the Northampton branch,massive queue,few staff,when you do get to be served,they disappear out the back for ages finding your parts.
They need to visit a GSF,they are much better at serving.
Ordered some pads for the 120 this morning from the Daventry store.
Within 5 mins of placing the order,they rang to say it was ready for collection.
When I got to the store,parts were immediately to hand.
