Yes Simon, locked in with someone 24/7 isn’t great, especially as the someone that you’re locked in with has been at work most of the time for years, then suddenly isn’t after Voluntary Redundancy a few months ago.

Funny how the UK variant isnt making the news anymore though. It almost like the Government are using these new variants as some kind of distraction for their utter sh*t preparation, wonder where the next one will come from and how "bad" it will be?

Brazils infection rates are lower than ours, (despite having less restrictions and never having had a real lockdown) so however different this variant is to the "original" it's certainly no worse than the "UK" variant.

Brazil is a country I really doubt the figures from. Bolsonaro is probably one of the highest profile 'deniers' about, despite having caught it himself, so I'd imagine he puts huge pressure on his government and state infrastructure to supress the true scale of their issue. If we end up with a more dangerous variant or a variant that that resists the vaccine then it's countries like his or countries too impoverished to tackle it that it's going to be most likely occur in.

Yeah vitamins and supplements are mostly just snake oil in a way imo. In Scotland you can get it free on the nhs which is laughable (i don't) Up here we get longer days in summer than down south but in winter we get much shorter days by contrast so winter gets pretty bleak. I feel vitamin d must work but sometimes wonder what else the sun gives off that makes us smile. Probably the warmth tbf.
