Service pack value for money is not what it was, it is possibly more expensive, you’ll have to decide for yourself.

BMW Online are displaying a more generous deposit contribution. Is this solely in place of a dealership discount you would expect above the current £2250 deposit contribution? :?:

What that is showing you is the £2250 deposit contribution plus what they are prepared to take off of the car! that's far less generous than my deal.
I am more than happy to match it though! .... BMW do not allow dealers to show discounts on the list price... so if you check all 154 BMW dealer websites you will get around 154 different deposit contributions. however the actual amount is still only £2250.

That's interesting, because I've been doing some fiddling around with some specs and finance numbers on the BMW Website for a 330i Touring Shadow Edition, and no matter what dealership I've put in, the deposit contribution of £4417.70 stays the same no matter what dealer I enter, even Berry Heathrow.....either way, I'm sure TRL could beat that deposit contribution anyway. (I'd like to think so anyway!).

I think what TRL is getting at is the disocunt offered on the BMW website is a general thing for all dealers, but if you look at the individual dealers website (Rather than BMW UK) they will show different dealer contributions, but BMW FS will stay the same as thats fixed

Can i check my understanding on something.

For example:
Heated Front Seats...........+£3.45pm (GFV inc £136)

So i would pay - £3.45 x 48 = £165.6
GFV would be £136

So id pay pretty much the interest on the £20 diff and the £20 diff over the 4 yrs?

No, interest is calculated on the total amount financed. (Monthly payments + GFV).

When would I need to place an order for delivery in mid Sep please? I have a golf R estate on lease that goes back then.

Thank you

Rob

Start of Q2 - next Tuesday. I’m in the same position and will be placing my order next week.

Thank you, I've been trying to convince the wife that an M2 is a sensible family purchase, so might have to go the M140i route instead, the 440i is a tad big.

Buy an M140i, put a JB4 on it, a Quaife Diff and lower it on springs. You’ll have your M2 performance, in a practical looking hatch for the missus. Plus you’ll save yourself a load of money on an M240i, whether you’re buying in cash or PCP.
