No I have not, I know the 2'er is meant to be a little quieter inside and that got me thinking about adding the MPE etc. I just don't want it always blaring away, it has to run quiet day to day

Yeah that's sounds like a plan, appreciate the offer.

I've just had someone contact me on PH re buying the car so assuming that falls on its face (and it will with my luck!) we can sort something out.

With advice from Wibbles, I cleared the CEL error code using ESYS tonight.
So back to having no CEL light/a clear dash!!

Spoke to Nige via email today; hopefully getting the 300cel fitted on Friday (Nige?)

As much as i love the sound of the 200cel and MPE, having to reset the CEL light every other day has got pretty annoying.
Completely un-connected, but my car is actually in Williams Liverpool at the moment, having one of the MP foils replaced, a squeaky passenger seat and a creaking folding wind mirror all looked at under warranty.

I have this wonderful 218d Luxury as a loan car. Christ knows which mad fool would spend £31k on this!

Bad news unfortunately.

I visited BCS and had the 300cel fitted all as planned on Friday. However within 10 minutes of leaving them, the CEL came on.
Considering that with the 200cel version, the light didn't first come on until a couple of days after being fitted and only after I'd switched the car into Eco pro mode; I can't help but think the car has 'learnt' that the flow rate is not what the factory intended.

I'll let Nige officially update all, but I think the idea of developing a no CEL sports cat has/is now being shelved. As such I now have the option of sticking with the 300, refitting the 200 or returning to stock and getting a refund. Given the light comes on with the 200 and 300, then the decision of which choice to make there is an easy one. However given the light issue and no immediate plans of going down the JB4 route; my decision to go back to stock and reinvesting the cash is still very much on the table.

Huge thanks to Nige and team, but sadly the design just hasn't worked this time.

It might but no guarantees.

You would need the adaptor to turn the minicat axis 90 deg.
