I had this issue with my winter tyres. IT glitch in their Netherlands warehouse was the issue apparently.

Their customer service was absolutely spot on though, as soon as I emailed they found out that the rear tyres had been missed, dispatched them immediately and told me to let them know when they'd arrived so they could arrange a 'special refund'.

Day after they arrived I had £238 put back in my account. A full refund for the rear tyres!

Just to add my own bit of info here. I'm running...

Front:
8.5x19
ET40
225/35/19

Rear:
9.5x19
ET45
255/30/19

I'm lowered on the Eibach Pro spring kit.

It rubs on the front if i hit a deep dip in the road or if i come off a speed bump a little quicker than usual. I always drive nicely over bumps anyway but now i have to go a teeny bit slower and it's fine. The rear has only ever rubbed having 2 people in the back, again going through a deep dip or coming off a bump but is fine when you slow it down.

I did A LOT of research online trying to figure out 1 series fitment because the rear is so bad for nice wide wheels. Companies and some people telling me it won't rub at all but i knew it would being lowered. If you're on stock suspension you'll be fine.

A little bit of camber all around will get my stance spot on so it will tuck the wheels and i can go lower when i get coilovers :)

The first order I made with them the rear tyres were shipped in a separate shipment so they came a week late! Made a complaint but nothing more was done about it, they just said there was a delay in getting the tyres from Germany to the UK and was nothing they could do about it.

I made two orders this time round, front tyres went through fine and the rears have gone through too but order status hasn't updated to say shipped, still processing. Just need to call and find out what's going on.

Customer Service is good though in my experience :). So you got the rear tyres for free?!

Isn't it a bit off putting that their site literally comments on the likelihood of the wheels cracking. I guess that's the case with reps ey..

Was it you with the red F20?

How come you didn't fit the LM wheels you mentioned way back..

Offset not co operating?
Yeah I've got a red F20, I just didn't like the look of them once they were on the car, they just aren't the right wheels for me (only bought them as they were a steal!) plus 2 of my mates are running them on their Seats so I didn't want to blend into the VAG group Image so I decided to refurbish them and sell them, however I just haven't got around to trying to sell them! Image

The fitment was very aggressive but for the few days I ran them I didn't experience any rubbing and that was lowered on H&R with a full car and boot (just to see if they'd rub) but it really surprised me! Although now my car is ridiculously low on coilies I doubt they'd fit without a lot of camber...

I have a few pics on my iphone but really need to do some proper ones with my SLR camera!

It has a tiny bit of stretch on the rear, it's very minimal and keep it perfectly in line with the arch. No stretch on the front. If i did a bit more stretch then it would stop the rubbing issue but i'm trying to keep this as 'legit' as i can lol.

Update from me. All tyres have come, going on the weekend to get them fitted to the wheels, then I'll do a test fit provided the weather is okay. Pictures will follow :).

I hope they don't rub on my arches! I really don't want to raise my car as I like the height that she's at! I *SHOULD* be okay *fingers crossed* if I calculated everything correctly! Pictures will come ASAP. I think the fitment will be fine in honesty for me and for everyone else! ET35 8.5" fronts and ET45 9.5" rears is the spec I bought from Mark/Carrie. I will probably run more stretch than you guys though.

They're very knowledgeable and helpful! Lovely people to deal with and can't recommend them enough.
