Last Saturday PureTurbos.eu was present at Kotte Performance in Germany to attend a dyno day with a few customer cars.
This F20 M135i running Pure Stage 2 turbo, BMS JB4 tune with extra methanol injection on aral102 fuel:

Result: 525bhp, 651nm customer requested flat torque curve (more midrange torque available on tap).

The customer ordered a Fuel-IT Meth Port injection rail to push the car a bit more as we are fuelling limited in the upper RPM range.
F21 M140i - currently stock
F80 M3 - 100-200: 4.5s, 60-130: 5.3s
F20 M135i (sold) - 100-200: 6.26s, 60-130: 7.4s

Our Customer Li breaking the quarter mile N55 world record! Doing a 11.111 @ 202 kph with his monster F30 335i X-Drive. Mods on the car:
- bm3 flash with JB4 stack
- pure stage 2 turbo
- fuel-it st2 lpfp and port injection

Thanks for the information Peter.

I already have JB4, HKS Downpipe and Forge Motorsport chargepipe. I am not wanting to go down meth, I will occasionally add (as you know) Ethanol direct to the tank to get a mild E25 blend and I would love a 500hp figure but is that achievable or not on those mods?

I don’t want to go Meth port injection or intercooler.

So what’s my realistic max figures because if it’s going to be 450hp wouldn’t I be best going with the Pure Stage 1 Turbo?

You can't expect 500hp on stock IC :)

Hello, Just emailed you @Peter regarding a Stage 1 upgrade for an M135i.
I'm running the following mods:
-ER CP
-VRSF Race IC 6"
-DV+
-BMS Intake (still have the stock though, which I hear has better performance)
-Custom Decat and full straight pipe
-NGK 1 step colder
-Currently running BM3
-Have a JB4 which I used before the BM3, but noticed no difference at all when going with a friends car. I guess something's wrong with it.

What power could I expect from this setup with Pure Stage 1 with 92 Oct fuel (I think thats around 96 Ron?)
