Re: 440i M Sport Gran Coupe, Q4 PCP deal 2017

Hey Tony, sent you an email fella :spotman:
Hope this is still available. Been loving the F36 so much that it's worth a second one!

Re: F20 Winter Wheels

They are just standard brakes Where are you located? Have a set of 16's sitting in a garage. Won't ask for much for them and there's decent tread left on the Conti Winter Contacts. They are kerbed though and some white worming (i bought them 2nd hand purely to use as winters a few years back). Sent...

Re: How Good/Bad is the Standard Audio?

If you look at TRL's option list, upgrading to Advanced Audio barely puts a dent into your monthlies. HK is more of a hit but a bit more quality to it. I have had standard on all my BMW's. The E87 was average; the F20 was poor; the F36 is not too bad but you get more speakers in the bigger car anywa...

Its keyless start as standard so no keys hang off the dash. Congrats on your order.

Re: Damaged rims [Graphic Content]

Repairable for sure. The last pic looks a bit painful but should sand and smooth out well. Try The Wheel Specialist in Manchester (Ashton direction)? I've enquired at the Leeds one before and the chap seemed knowledgable enough. I'm sure they're quite reputable as a company/brand. Sent from my iPhon...

Re: VED changes for 2017 and what it will cost you

By the way I'll potentially pay additional rate (45%) tax next year Well done - time to pay up to £40k/year into your pension at 0% tax then and draw down that cash cleverly beyond 55 at either 0% too or 20%. Already doing that (in a way) but thanks Nick Rob's gonna be the Hugh Hefner of the forum ...

Re: Post your pics with 19" rims

You can haggle your local dealership down if they have stock. They come with runcraps as standard which is a bug bear of mine! You need to factor in extra dosh for MPSS or PS4's.

Re: M140i folding wing mirror option?

What's so good about them? I have them on mine but rarely remember to fold them in! Isn't it the driver comfort pack that tilts the passenger mirror in reverse? Now that is very handy I'll admit. Sent from my PLK-L01 using Tapatalk All it takes is a long hold of the lock button; its hardly taxing. ...

Re: Post your pics with 19" rims

A word of warning if you choose to go for the polished 624M's. The finishing on them is poor and prone to white worming. Also, no wheel refurbishers (inc. TWS, Lepsons) can return the finish to its original "burnished polished chrome" look. If you refurb, you'll need to do all 4 and get them painted...
