Bodywork , Best way to fill small holes from number plates

Post by R5_RXK » Sat Sep 09, 2017 5:11 pm

Hi there guys,

first thing I wanted to do to my new Bm when I picked it up was to add a private plate. As its 5 digits Ive had it made up shorter in length making sure I kept it 100% road level! :spotman: . What I failed to notice was the original plate was drilled on in 4 places / each corner right on the very edges. Therefore when the new plate goes on these will be visible and will not cover these. If i didnt go for a shorter place it wouldnt of been a problem lol.

Im not the best with bodywork but wondering if anyone has any tips on what they would use to fill the holes and make it level / paint. The easiest possible way would be best as I don't want to really have to start respraying the whole area.

Thanks so much :) !

TBH I'd be nipping the car into a bodyshop to get it done perfectly.
