Standard, used, old shape, no air bag or buttons, worth just about nothing I'm afraid.

Was thinking about upgrading my steering wheel and using my buttons and airbag, as mine doesn’t have the silver trim or the bevelled bits at 10 and 2.. is it difficult to swap over ?

Way too much work for such a "small" thing. In my opinion, it's definitely not worth it, unless you're upgrading to a different model steering wheel or the M sport one. If you want to add more details to the wheel, I've seen those silver parts sold separately for your steering wheel, that you just stick on with 3M tape. Here's an example: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Glossy-Chrom ... 3502214801

That’s true but it’s not a oem and it will fall off with in a month.. I’ve seen a fair few steering wheel swap tutorials and it looks like it’ll take no more that half hour

I appreciate the info bud but this steering wheel is only going to cost me £22 and it’s an upgrade from mine which I only want the oem silver trim.. just struggling to find a tutorial on how to change the steering wheel AND buttons, I’ve found videos on how to remove the wheel just not the buttons

The buttons just unclip and unscrew with a torch screwdriver. Nothing difficult/clever.

The standard steering wheel buttons & the sport ones are different (as you now know). The standard steering wheel does not have thumb rests, the sport one does.
The sport buttons are part number 61319261861. For reference, the part number on your old switches should be 61319261859.

That’s brilliant thank you!!

I’ve had a look on eBay, found these but am I missing something here as I’ve checked a few listings and there’s no plug attached to them ?
